This video is the third in a series of four videos on why you should consider moving to customized PMA and Lease. In this lesson we examine the challenges ‘Options’ create when agents and owners argue about who gets what revenue, who holds the security deposit, who executes on maintenance requests and who decides when to file an eviction. To work for All Agents In The State the forms committee’s must offer Options so everyone can shape the agreement to their model. However, in the process they create stumbling blocks and cause strife and tension where none is needed.
