The property manager should name the owner as the landlord on the lease to lower the property manager's liability. Right?
Question: Where does liability come from?
There are better ways to minimize risk than the false hope that a manager will not be named in a lawsuit just because his name isn't on the lease. This is a 30 minute video and goes into details only a full time property manager can appreciate.
