This handbook is just one of the ways we’ve developed over the years to set your expectations for our relationship and communicate to our new owners just how we manage properties. Every manager has their own way of doing property management whether you’re in Australia, California, Florida or Roswell Georgia. There are big differences even between companies in Roswell so setting expectations is important as we strive to serve our owners.
